The 3 Things I Always Automate in My Business (and 1 I Never Do!)

Automate

⚙️ Let’s Talk Automation, Baby!

Whether you’re a creator or solopreneur, as an online business owner, there’s one superpower you should definitely tap into: automation.

It’s not just for the techy folks—it’s for anyone who’s tired of doing the same thing over and over again.

But here’s the key: don’t automate everything.

Some things? Total time-savers.

Other things? Better when they stay human. (More on that in a sec.)

✅ The 3 Things I Always Automate

1️⃣ Welcome Email Sequences

This is non-negotiable. When someone joins your list, you want to roll out the red carpet, not ghost them.

✨ Pro tip: Create a 3-5 email sequence that introduces you, shares your freebie, and gives them a next step.

2️⃣ Course or Product Delivery

As soon as someone buys your product, the delivery should be automatic.

No “Did you get the link?” emails required.

Whether it’s a download, a course login, or access to a private group—automate it once and never worry again.

3️⃣ Recurring Social Media Content

I like to schedule evergreen tips, blog promos, or quotes ahead of time. Tools like Metricool, Later, or Buffer can keep your content flowing without you having to log in daily.

🚫 The 1 Thing I Never Automate…

Real Connection.

Yep, that means replying to DMs, comments, or emails from actual humans who are engaging with you.

I always respond in my own voice. Even if it takes a little longer, it builds real trust—and your community can feel the difference.
